Need a casino with adequate customer support
von rococo am 01.06.2025 11:40As long as I've been playing, I've been disappointed in support many times: sometimes they don't answer for hours, sometimes they give template answers that don't address the question. Sometimes they just leave the chat in the middle of a conversation. I want to find a place where support really helps, and not just "pretends". Are there any at all?

von hejowo am 01.06.2025 11:41I understand your irritation perfectly well - technical support in most casinos works "for show". But in crazy time tracker it is a completely different level. Operators respond quickly, politely, and most importantly - to the point. I wrote several times about small things, and each time I felt that they listened to me, and not just brushed me off. Once a technical bug arose in a slot - the operator passed it on to the technical department, and in 30 minutes everything was already fixed.
